20 Year Old Arrested For Shooting at Minors Per Sparks PD: “❗️ While you were sleeping ❗️ Over the weekend, graveyard patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of East Greenbrae Drive on the report of a shooting. A suspect, later identified as 20-year-old Sparks resident Brian Soto, fled from officers on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, Soto was taken into custody. The investigation yielded that Soto was under the influence of alcohol, and fired a handgun with multiple juveniles in the vicinity. No one was injured from the shooting. Soto was booked on the following charges: •Child Endangerment •Obstructing with a deadly weapon •Carrying a concealed weapon without a permit •Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor •Minor in possession of alcohol •Possession of a firearm while intoxicated •Unlawful discharge of a firearm •Outstanding warrant“ #sparks #nevada
