WCSO Investigating Battery with a Deadly Weapon- Leon Drive, Sun Valley Per WCSO: “During the evening of February 1, 2025, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Leon Drive area of Sun Valley for a report of a battery with a deadly weapon. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with an adult male victim with non-life-threatening injuries. Medical personnel arrived on scene and transported the adult male to the hospital to be treated for his injuries. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Detectives were notified and are currently investigating the incident. Detectives believe this is an isolated incident and there’s no threat to the public at this time.
