Sacramento Suspect Arrested in Carson City For Crimes Against Children 21-year-old Kashif Walton of Sacramento was arrested in Carson City on January 15, on a warrant from Sacramento for lewd acts on a child under 14 years old using force. Sacramento Police worked together with the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, notifying them that they believed Walton was staying at his sister’s residence in Carson City.
