The Reno Great Balloon Race Continues 🎈 After a dram filled Regional Parks Commission meeting, which are usually mundane and boring, the Great Reno Balloon Race will continue. As is it stands currently, it will continue at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. The decision came after Washoe County and Balloon Race representatives argued and blamed before finally agreeing to changes for the park “master plan.” The crux of the issue?
