Man Arrested For Attacking Woman With Chain Sparks Police arrested Alejandro Ayala on the 200 block of North McCarran Blvd after a report of a violent disturbance involving a woman around 3pm today April 6. According to reports, Ayala struck the woman in the head with a metal chain and also attempted to strangle her with the chain. While police were on the scene, police were called to a nearby apartment complex and discovered Ayala also damaged an unrelated vehicle. He was arrested on multiple charges, including domestic battery, battery by strangulation, battery with a deadly weapon, and vandalism. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact the Sparks Police Department, for case 25-2444. #sparks #nevada
