Washoe Sheriff Seeking Community Assistance in Humane Society Theft
“The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a theft at the Nevada Humane Society, located off Longley Lane in Reno.
On Monday, April 29, 2025, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a white adult male and female were captured on surveillance footage committing a theft from the premises. The total amount stolen is estimated to be $300.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division is actively investigating leads and reviewing evidence related to the incident. We are asking for the community’s help in identifying those responsible.
