Henderson Man Arrested for Murder of Tupac Has Been Confessing for Years While the arrest of Duane “Keefe D” Davis for the murder of rap legend Tupac Shakur shocked many, many others were surprised it took so long. The Henderson, Nevada resident originally from Compton, California, had been openly bragging in interviews for years about being part of a part my office 4 Crips responsible for the drive by murder on the Las Vegas strip in 1996.
