Today in District 1 Carson City Judicial District Dept 1, Judge Russell dismissed with Prejudice, the matter of Robert Beadles v Washoe County public officials. Beadles was requesting a change in venue from Carson City to Lyon County making the argument that he would not receive a fair trial in Carson City. The defendants, which consisted of several public officials including the registrar of voters, requested the case to be dismissed and judicial sanctions be granted against Beadles. The sanctions were denied, but the change of venue was also denied and the case was dismissed so it could be appealed to the supreme court of Nevada according to the judge’s statements.
“He literally just wiped his ass with every page of the Nevada Code of Judicial Comduct, and all of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedures, as well as the judges canons. He literally just spit in the face of our founders, and every person who has ever lived or died fighting for our great country. He’s a disgrace to the robe. I’m far from done, it’s far from over, I’m off to the Supreme Court now,” Beadles told 775 Times after the court proceedings. #reno #sparks #washoecounty #carsoncity #lyoncounty #nevada #elections
