I-80 Closed Due to High Winds The CHP is turning traffic around on westbound and eastbound Interstate 80 in the Sierra. Motorists going Westbound are being turned around at the Nevada state line and eastbound travelers are being turned around at Drum Forebady. This is a live view as of 6:20pm Friday. The CHP reports that there are spin-outs, high winds and low visibility.
