Businessman Challenges Political Clique That Runs Reno to Debate for $70,000 💰 Reno businessman and political activist, Robert Beadles, has publicly issued another debate challenge. Earlier this year we reported that he offered to donate $30,000 to a charity of Beth Smith’s choice if she agreed to debate her opponents. She did not respond to that offer. Now Beadles is calling out several public officials who support each other and operate as a political clique, from Reno’s mayor, to the WCSD board president and County Commissioner. “…there are so many ties between Alexis Hill, Eric Brown, Beth Smith, Clara Andriola, Devon Reese, Hillary Schieve, Mariluz Garcia, their handlers, their endorsers, their donors, and their financial stories, I wonder why they won’t cover the real story here? I and a few team members would love to debate these people, I’d foot the bill for the whole thing, even donate $70,000 for the debate to a charity of these 7’s choosing. $10,000 per person, to a charity of their choosing for a total of $70,000 plus I’d cover the full cost of the debate.
