Shout out to the Washoe County Hasty Team 🛶 The team recently trained on learned high-line swift water rescue operations. They also spent the weekend utilizing some of the inflatable craft in its swift water boat fleet to practice their Class III raft handling skills. The Hasty Team are professional volunteers who train every week throughout the year to maintain a high level of technical proficiency in multiple rescue disciplines, including backcountry and mountain rescue, technical rope rescue, abandoned mine rescue, swift water and flood rescue, dive rescue, helicopter hoist rescue, and advanced life support-level wilderness medicine, to be able to effectively respond to any Search and Rescue calls in Washoe County and throughout the region, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. 👏🏼 📸 @washoesheriff #washoecounty #nevada #reno #sparks
