Sparks joins in the April Fools shenanigans 😂 “We are thrilled to announce that Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County - RTC has added a special addition to the Oddie/Wells Project! An archway will be constructed at the Sparks/Reno boundaries, and we will be relocating Last Chance Joe to this location! Joe’s smiling face will welcome you as you drive into the Friendliest Little City (aka Sparks) but unfortunately, that does mean that his backside will greet you as you visit the Biggest Little Booty, er, we mean City (aka Reno, or as we call it, City of West Sparks)! Because Joe is rather tall and within the flight path, we have also partnered with the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to add lighting as a safety precaution for in and outbound air traffic. Joe will officially welcome all guests into the region!
