Police Announce Update on Body Found in Sparks Marina The Sparks Police Department announced that they do not suspect foul play related to the body found early in the morning at the north side of the Sparks Marina on Friday, August 23rd. According to police witnesses saw the victim swimming in the same area by themselves earlier in the week.
