Firefighters Help Save Bear Injured by Davis Fire 🐻 🔥 Out of the chaos of the Davis Fire comes a nugget of hope. #TMFR crews responded to a report of an injured bear off of Granite Ridge Road in Washoe Valley. Nevada Department of Wildlife was immediately notified. The bear was badly hurt with burnt paws and burn marks around his face and mouth. Our crews assisted NDOW in transporting the bear where he will receive treatment. The 25-year old male bear was named Nugget. #DavisFire #DavisNugget #Nevada
