Authorities Investigate Body in Home With “Hazardous Material” Per Washoe County: “This afternoon, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a deceased individual at a residence on Sidehill Drive in Sun Valley. Deputies conducted a death investigation, which is not considered suspicious at this time. During the investigation, material of unknown hazard was found inside the residence. The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District responded to the scene and is conducting a decontamination of the residence.
