Arrest Made in Reno Mass Shooting Police have arrested John Paul Seger in connection with a shooting that occurred around midnight on Saturday, November 2, outside of Midtown Shea’s Tavern on South Virginia Street. Four people were shot, one was killed. Police were seen processing the scene all day today.
