UPDATED ELECTION RESULTS FOR NEVADA AND WASHOE 🗳️
The most recent numbers reported show 1,442,687 votes being casted statewide for President with Donald Trump receiving 730,242 votes to Kamala Harris’ 684,787. Statewide 19,096 chose “None of these candidates.”
In Washoe County the latest results with 95% of the expected votes being counted, show Harris taking a 106 vote lead over Trump.
While the majority of votes statewide went to the Republican candidate Trump, that support did not translate to Republican Senate candidate Sam Brown who is trailing behind Democrat Jacky Rosen. In fact overall, there were 18,658 less votes casted in the Senate race than for President despite being on the same ballot.
Statewide the votes for Democrats Harris and Rosen were very close with a difference of only 3,085 votes. However, when looking at Republican candidates Trump and Brown there’s a difference of 70,481 votes.
In Washoe County there also more votes casted for President than for Senate candidates. #nevada #reno #sparks #washoecounty #trump #harris #brown #rosen #election2024
