Santa’s little helpers have been busy in City Plaza today! The new hat has been installed on the BELIEVE sculpture in preparation for the City of Reno Christmas Tree Lighting/Holiday Lights Festival on November 29. The festival is happening Friday and Saturday 11/29-11/30 from 4pm-9pm, with the tree lighting happening at 7pm on Friday 11/29. #reno
