Stolen Car Recovered in Safeway Parking Lot, Passed Out Driver Arrested Per Sparks PD: “Last weekend, patrol officers were dispatched to Safeway in Sparks on the report of a suspicious person who was unconscious inside of a vehicle. The occupant was identified as Silver Springs resident, Sean Griffin. Officers contacted Griffin and a subsequent search of his person produced fentanyl. The vehicle Griffin was in had two VIN plates affixed to it. The correct VIN showed the vehicle was stolen.
